Local-Buy Ltd Board of Directors is responsible for ensuring that Local Buy Ltd is fulfilling its mission and for the legal accountability of its operations. It is responsible for ensuring effective organisational and strategic planning and for ensuring that Local Buy Ltd has adequate resources to carry out its mission.
These directors are appointed in accordance with the Company's Articles of Association. Our directors are highly experienced, highly skilled and have diverse skills, which collectively ensure that the board operates effectively to meet expectations of its stakeholders. The Board is accountable to shareholders, but it proceeds mindful of the interests of the Group's staff, customers, suppliers and the communities in which the company pursues its interests. In the performance of its functions, the Board is guided by, and has due regard to, the following governance instruments:
